From the end 2024, new social assistance programs aimed at supporting vulnerable categories of the population were launched in Ukraine.

In particular, in the Dnipropetrovsk region The organization “Caritas Germany” together with the German Foreign Ministry initiated payments of 10,000 hryvnia per person.
It is known that the above-mentioned programs have become an important element in the fight against the consequences of the war, helping those most in need citizens.
The program is designed for internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, single pensioners over 60 years old, large families and others. To receive assistance, you must provide a passport, identification code and documents confirming your belonging to the target category. In addition to financial support, many participants in the program also receive consultations on psychological and legal assistance.
Experts emphasize that such initiatives should be continued and expanded to other regions of the country. In the long term, such programs can play a key role in restoration of the social structure and improvement of the quality of life of Ukrainians.
In addition, the authorities warned that in Ukraine some pensioners must replace their ID cards.
