Three Brazilian football players of the UPL club «Dnepr-1» they do not want to return to Ukraine before the resumption of the championship. We are talking about 19-year-old central midfielder Vitinho, 20-year-old forward Marcos Andre and 20-year-old right-back Guilherme Varjao.
The reason for this decision of the foreign players is the Russian massive drone attack on the Dnieper and the region on the night of February 13 2024.
At the moment there is no reaction regarding this information from official representatives of «Dnepr-1», as well as the players themselves.
It is worth noting that another 18 January delegation «Dnepr-1» went to a training camp in Turkey, which was divided into two parts: January 20 — February 2 and 5 — February 17. After the first half of the season «Dnepr-1» takes second place in the Ukrainian championship.
