The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine warns citizens about a new round of enemy information-psychological special operations and calls for the unity of Ukrainian society.
This information was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, reports URA-Inform.
“Along with the aggravation of the situation at the front, the enemy is intensifying destabilization efforts aimed at to the split of Ukrainian society. In particular, he can use mass events for this purpose, where he throws in his own provocations», — writes GUR.
It is noted that the enemy’s targets are not only military facilities, but also civilian infrastructure: hospitals, train stations, crowds of people. Attempts by Russian information campaigns using political slogans that divide society — parasitize on real problems, but many of them are caused by Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
“In these difficult times, there is a need to maintain internal unity and support each other. The enemy knows how to perfectly manipulate feelings and despondency, emotions and facts, mixes truth with lies», — the message says.
The GUR notes that information operations specialists are doing everything possible to protect our society, but understanding and assistance are required from citizens.
Remember, It was previously reported that the Kremlin is preparing special attacks on Ukraine’s allies: it is known about a plan to disrupt assistance to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
