Military expert for the German publication Bild Julian Röpke noted that Ukraine, faced with a deteriorating situation after almost two years of war and a reduction in Western support, is forced to change its tactics.
Namely:
— In just a few months, the Ukrainian military has successfully converted foreign artillery shells into its own kamikaze drones;
— outside the front, Kyiv has found a temporary alternative to the liberation of the occupied territories – partisan attacks by Ukrainian special forces;
— Kyiv is switching from purely military goals to the destruction of Russian infrastructure serving both the civilian population and the military-industrial complex.
