«One may have different views on international institutions, but the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant for Putin for the kidnapping and forced deportation of children from Ukraine clearly demonstrates where Putin's end should be», — he noted.
According to him, the Russian dictator has only two options ahead: to be in the dock in The Hague, or killed by one of his henchmen who are now killing for him.
Zelensky noted that the world must do everything to deal the maximum blow to the aggressor.
