The German tabloid Bild, citing sources in German intelligence, wrote that the Russian aggressor plans to seize Kharkov, Dnieper and Zaporozhye until 2026.

Military analyst Ivan Stupak said that these three settlements are key sources of income for the Ukrainian budget. In these regions there are large industrial enterprises that play an important role in the country's economy.
According to the expert, if Russia captures these cities, Ukraine will lose a significant part of its budget, which will deal a serious blow to its financial stability. He emphasized that Ukrainian funds are used for military needs, payments to military personnel and the purchase of necessary weapons, while foreign investments are used exclusively for peaceful purposes, such as pay for civil servants and social programs.
According to him, loss of control over large enterprises could lead to serious financial difficulties that Ukraine will face, and Russia is aware of this fact.
At the same time, Stupak noted that it is not known whether Russia will capture these cities, but shelling them, destroying houses there will definitely be people. At the same time, he did not rule out that many Ukrainians will be forced to move to safer territories or even abroad.
