President of the European People's Party (EPP) Manfred Weber said this in an interview with the Funke media group, European Pravda reports with reference to AFP.
Weber noted that “the strategy of allowing Ukraine to fight, but not making it strong enough to win, would be cynical.”

Thus The MEP joined calls from other politicians to provide Ukraine with additional weapons.
