As reported by NBN with reference to the broadcast of the Russian propaganda Channel One, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is confident that the conclusion of a ceasefire in Ukraine will be a “path to nowhere” without observing certain conditions.
Based on Lavrov's words, in order to conclude a ceasefire, the aggressor country must reach final legal agreements that establish a number of conditions regarding ensuring the security of the Russian Federation (guarantees), while simultaneously providing for the observance of the “legitimate security interests of our neighbors.”
Also, the head of the foreign policy department of the terrorist state added that the context must, “in an international legal manner,” secure the impossibility of non-compliance with these potential agreements.
