According to the police, several episodes of illegal activity were recorded.
The man was suspected of committing criminal offenses under Part 4 of Article 190 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Part 3 of Article 358 (Forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, sale or use of counterfeit documents , seals, stamps) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The maximum penalty provided for in the sanctions is imprisonment for up to eight years.
