Russian occupation forces per day carried out 21 shellings of the Kherson region, firing 88 shells.
This was announced by OBA Chairman Alexander Prokudin on Monday morning.
“Over the past 24 hours,” the enemy fired 21 shellings, firing 88 shells, with the use of artillery, mortars and UAVs. The enemy sent 16 shells into the city,” he wrote on Telegram.
The Russian military hit residential areas of settlements in the region and the port infrastructure of the city of Kherson.
As a result of enemy shelling over the past 24 hours there were no casualties.
This morning the Russians are shelling Kherson. Explosions are heard in the city, said the head of the Kherson MVA Roman Mrochko.
“Kherson is under enemy fire! Several explosions occurred in coastal areas. Be careful! Move to safer places!” the message says.
Earlier it was reported that during the day, as a result of Russian shelling of the Kherson region, one person was killed and eight more were injured. A hospital and a school were destroyed.
