The minister is confident that Ukraine’s defense industry faces three major challenges. Firstly, this is funding, in another way – constant shelling and thirdly, due to the fact that there is a shortage of artillery ammunition, – this is a global shortage of vibukhovs and gunpowder.

Ammunition for Ukraine
