The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has accepted the resolution on changing the paper load on the TCC and the centralized printing of notices.
RBK-Ukraine reports this with references to the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
According to the resolution, from now on the TCC will be able to form notices with the help of the Single state register of conscripts, military recruits and reservists, which essentially simplifies and speeds up the procedure.
Previously, TCC operators had to manually issue summonses, which took a lot of time and resources. Now this process is becoming centralized: notifications can be formulated and issued using the “Oberig” registry.
Also, TCC workers will be able to sign notifications using a qualified electronic signature.
It is stated that this innovation will allow for a reduction in paper loading at TCC and optimize the processes of military equipment, increasing their efficiency.
“It is worth noting that the method of notification The military reinstatement has not changed – summonses and notices will be handed out in person or by force of the post office,” the Defense Ministry added.
Mobilization in Ukraine and the delivery of summonses
We remind you that after the law on mobilization comes into force on May 18, 2024, the number of persons empowered to hand out summonses has significantly expanded.
They are divided into three categories: from those who can deliver notices in public places to those who receive them outside their place of residence or work.
We have also recently been informed that after the deadline for clarifying military-combat data, military-related notices about the call to the TCC will be sent by mail.
