Through the price exchange established in Ukraine for the electricity market (price caps – ed.) blames shortage of electricity.
Speaking about this, Greencubator's co-founder and guest speaker of the UCU Business School Roman Zinchenko, informs RBC-Ukraine of sending to his report.
“It's a mess, it stinks They are called price caps in the professional world, and the regulator seems to be all that is no longer possible. What is happening at this moment? At this point, a classic Radian story emerges, which is called a shortage. And as only a power appears on the market, it seems that the price is not possible (to increase the market mechanisms – ed.), at which point a deficit occurs,” he said.
The expert explained that the turnaround price whose deficit is real the price that businesses and people pay for electricity.
Zinchenko added that if people start using generators to secure electricity for themselves, they will pay more for electricity, but they will pay less bi for imported electricity from Europe.
