The meeting was attended by representatives of state authorities, law enforcement agencies, state enterprises and institutions, public organizations representing the families of the fallen defenders of Ukraine, residents of the villages of Markhalovka and Ivankovichi in the Kyiv region.
During the meeting, special attention was paid to the possible negative consequences of its implementation.

Following the meeting, Dmitry Lubinets reported that he plans to conduct monitoring without prior notice to establish the actual circumstances of the construction of the NVMK.
At the same time, Lubinets noted that he was asked to make a submission to the Constitutional Court, but first all legal grounds should be studied and proper legal justification should be provided.
“Let us note that our goal is to resolve the problem in accordance with the law. For my part, I would like to emphasize that the National Military Memorial Cemetery must be built. After all, this is an honor to the memory of the Heroes and Heroines who died for our independence,” Lubinets concluded.
