Ukrainians evacuated from Lebanon
On October 1, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Main Intelligence Directorate evacuated 179 people from Lebanon, including 134 Ukrainian citizens. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Main Intelligence Directorate also helped 45 foreigners with passports from Poland, Moldova, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Brazil and Lebanon to leave the combat zone.
The department added that the evacuation flight also took out three pets: two dogs and a cat.
In total, the efforts of Ukrainian diplomats helped evacuate 234 people from Lebanon over several missions. Of these, 189 are citizens of our state. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs thanked Poland and the SkyUp airline for facilitating this matter.
