On the evening of November 16, the enemy struck Nikolaev.
This was reported by the city mayor Alexander Senkevich and the head of the Nikolaev OVA Vitaly Kim.
An air raid alarm was announced for the city at 19:21. A few minutes later, Senkevich reported an explosion in the city.
Vitaly Kim also commented on the situation later.
“We clearly understand where. So far, no calls to the ambulance. I hope everything will continue like this,” the head of the OVA wrote.
