Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine has returned 3,767 Ukrainians from Russian captivity, including 168 Ukrainian civilians.
The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, spoke about this at a briefing, writes “Obshchestvennoye”.
“As of now, together with the Coordination Headquarters and other agencies with which we work, we have managed to return 3,767 heroes and heroines from Russian captivity,” the ombudsman notes.
