Italy wants to work on the restoration of Ukraine even during the war.
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy Antonio Tajani said that Italy will invest 200 million euros in the restoration of the Ukrainian power grid damaged as a result of Russian attacks.
He said this during the plenary session of the Italian-Ukrainian business forum in Rome, Ukrinform reports.
“We want to work on the restoration of Ukraine even during the war and decided to invest 200 million euros so that Ukraine can rebuild the power grid destroyed by Russian attacks. He expressed hope that Italian companies will participate in the restoration of Ukraine, while “Ukrainian companies are also expected in Italy.”
