As reported by “NBN” With reference to the material of the propaganda agency RIA Novosti, the Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov made a statement: Putin is not against negotiations with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, but there is one important nuance.
Based on Peskov’s laconic rhetoric, the Kremlin believes that Kiev should show a high degree of interest in holding such negotiations.
At the same time, Putin’s personal secretary duplicated the Kremlin’s traditional narrative, in particular, again pointing out that Zelensky allegedly cannot be considered the legitimate president of Ukraine, but the aggressor country is still “ready to negotiate with him negotiations.”
In addition, Peskov predictably added that Zelensky's words regarding the possibility of such negotiations with Putin are simply “empty”, that is, they do not carry any semantic load.
Earlier, our information portal wrote that Peskov did not like Trump's proposal to send Ukraine weapons in exchange for its valuable raw materials.
