The Security Service has exposed eight more provocateurs who tried to disrupt the mobilization in Ukraine, the SBU reported.
The figures called on military personnel to evade conscription and spread fake news about the Ukrainian military.
Among the attackers is a resident of the capital who attacked representatives of the TCC with a knife while handing over a summons to a conscript. He was detained.
Three administrators and correspondents of Telegram channels and Viber groups were also detained in the capital, publishing geolocations of the TCC and the police in the Pechersk, Dniprovsky and Solomensky districts of the capital.
A lawyer who obstructed the work of the TCC was suspected in Poltava region.
Two administrators of anonymous groups in messengers that “leaked” the coordinates of mobile checkpoints in the region to the Internet have been exposed in Cherkasy region.
In Rivne, the owner of a closed group in Viber, which daily “posted” the geolocation of Ukrainian military personnel, including representatives of the TCC, was suspected.
Based on all the exposed facts, the Security Service investigators informed the detainees of the suspicion (in accordance with the crimes committed) under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- Part 1 of Art. 114-1 (obstruction of the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period);
- Part 1 of Art. 129 (threat of murder).
The perpetrators face up to 8 years in prison.
“Comprehensive measures were carried out by SBU officers in the city of Kyiv, Kyiv, Poltava, Cherkasy and Rivne regions under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv city prosecutor's office, as well as the Poltava, Cherkasy and Rivne regional prosecutor's offices,” the press release says.
- Recently, in Zaporozhye, the police exposed employees of a private clinic and a medical and social commission who were issuing fictitious documents to establish a disability group for men of draft age.
