The Verkhovna Rada adopted a bill in its entirety prior to the liquidation Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC).
RBC-Ukraine reports this via a post on the Telegram channel of People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
259 parliamentarians voted “for”.
As Zheleznyak guessed, instead of MSEC from 1st day, the creation of expert commissions at cluster and supra-cluster hospitals is being promoted.
Liquidation of the MSEC
In the year 2023, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree that laid the foundation for reforming the disability assessment system through the liquidation of the MSEC. Already the first fall of the leaves, the Cabinet of Ministers praised the bill, whereby the activities of the MSEC will be completely confined to the beginning of 2025.
Such a decision was praised due to the low number of corruption scandals, who were burned in different regions of the country and the Posadists were fleeing. The most resonant thing on the right was the Kerivnytsia Khmelnytskyi regional MSEC Tetyany Krupi, as they were victorious on illegal wealth.
Around this, other facts of corruption among officials in the system were revealed MSEC, which confirmed the need for a complete reform.
