Ukraine is reforming its army recruitment system. This is to allow the capture of young soldiers and increase the number of special forces.
RBC-Ukraine reports this in a statement sent to the Associated Press.
The former commander of the 93rd Mechanized Brigade, and the third defender of the OP military commander Pavlo Palisa, stated , that Ukraine is introducing new variants of the prize, since the prize system is clear, it has calmed down in the happy hours, and is moving ahead with progress.
I respect that, at the same time, that Ukraine has praised the law on mobilization last spring it lowered conscription age from 27 to 25 years, which included a significant influx of new lava and replenishment of expenses on the battlefield in the war with Russia.
One of the initiatives is a plan known as Palisa calling it a “honest contract”. In other words, what to expect from yourself:
- financial incentives,
- clear guarantees of progress,
- come to ensure dialogue between the soldiers and their commanders.
The defender of the military officer OP explained that the plan for directing the acquisition of 18-25-river soldiers is important, as they are released from mobilization, as well as Ukrainians who may have the right to termination or demobilization after compliance with the law on mobilization.
“To ensure the safety of the unit commander and the contract soldier, to establish between them open and professional standards, as well as clear boundaries, we have understood everything… In my opinion, this is necessary for an effective dialogue,” he said Wednesday.
Reduction of the mobility rate in Ukraine
Respectfully, our partners have repeatedly called on Ukraine to reduce the mobility rate to 18 days. This was taken up by the previous US administration, and US President Donald Trump's adviser to the National Security Mike Volz spoke out with such a call.
However, a member of the defense committee, Rady Fedir Venislavsky, said that Ukraine cannot win a rival to Russia war with a larger number of Armed Forces.
The war is bolstered by the fact that in order to win, the partners need to transfer to Ukraine high-tech weapons and long-range missiles that will attack objects on the territory enemy.
We guess that yesterday, on the 22nd of today, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky also categorically spoke out against the reduction in the mobility rate.
In my opinion, this will lead to an increase there are many unarmed people at the front.
