“In particular, in Luhansk, residents of Berezovoy Street were forced to “tolerate the sources of sewage that flooded the courtyards,” the report says.
However, the city’s occupation authorities completely ignored the complaints of local residents. As a result, the sanitary catastrophe was not long in coming.

The public utilities controlled by the occupiers only recently began to imitate a “solution” to this problem, which is an attempt to temporarily hide the consequences of their own negligence and incompetence.
Thus, the occupation administration is limited to chaotic and ineffective actions, which only exacerbates the problems in the region.
