“In Zakarpattia, a 24-year-old resident of the Kirovograd region tried to illegally cross the border with Romania through the snowy highlands' i. However, due to the cold and exhaustion, he was unable to move on,” the report says.
After more than 7 hours of searching, rescuers and border guards found the man 10 meters from the border.
The man was dressed in warm clothes, given hot tea, and then handed over to doctors. He is currently in intensive care with hypothermia and dehydration.
