The Ukrainian population in the WTO is resisting the Kremlin authorities.
The Kremlin has begun to import migrants to the Tigris and change the ethnic composition of the local population.

Realizing that the local population will continue to resist, the occupiers are carrying out “ethnic substitution” in the region. Instead of those leaving or Ukrainians, whom the Kremlin deports, the Russians are bringing in migrants from Central Asian countries or Russians from depressed regions of the Russian Federation.
