“Limitedly fit” persons are required to independently obtain a referral to undergo military medical examination without waiting for a summons, since this category of military personnel was previously abolished.
The parliament voted for this bill the day before.
Citizens of Ukraine aged 25 to 60 years who were recognized as limitedly fit for military service before the entry into force of this Law (except for persons recognized in the established manner as persons with disabilities), from the date of entry into force of this Law are required to undergo the VLK by June 5, 2025. Previously, the deadline was set until February 4.
Limitedly fit persons are required to independently obtain a referral to undergo the VLK without waiting summonses. This can be done through the TCC or through the mobile application Reserve +.
