In my opinion, for the development of the miltech industry it is necessary to allow the export of technologies and viruses from Ukraine.

At the same time, Ukraine is already heavily dependent on the import of components from China.
“The deadlines are approaching when it is necessary to work for the development of the industry, to allow the export of technology and our viruses. Infection producers are not 100% interested. However, in my opinion, the restriction of exports has a negative impact on both the economy and the development of the industry.
