Ukrainian drones today, February 20, attacked the Russian Engels airfield. There, the occupiers could save dozens of missiles.
Aviation expert Kostyantin Krivolap spoke about this in a commentary on the RBC-Ukraine YouTube channel.
He noted that no more than three Tu-95MS strategic bombers and two Tu-160s could have been based at the airfield during the attack by Ukrainian drones. There is still no information about its current state.
When it comes to missiles, the situation is different. Zokrem, a few days before the attack on the airfield, the ancient An-124 “Ruslan” arrived. However, yesterday and the day before yesterday another important Il-76 aircraft was spotted at the airport.
“We have brought here so much that we can bring 7-8 missiles. If you believe that there is also a Ruslan there, then there could be just a few dozen missiles, maybe more than fifty,” Krivolap let go.
The same expert expressed great respect for the fact that it was still unclear how the Russians could produce such a number of missiles in such a short hour. Ale, in his words, those who there were “seriously powerful missiles”, they are “definitely”.
Ukrainian drone attack
Apparently, today, February 20, RBC-Ukraine reported that drones from the SBU and ZSU Special Operations Forces attacked the Engels airfield.
A fire began to burn near the airfield. In this case, a second detonation of ammunition was recorded.
So far, there is no detailed information about the legacy of the attack by the Ukrainian invaders.
