Israeli hacker group “Gondjeshke Darande,” also known as “Predatory Sparrow,” announced a cyberattack on Iran’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, Nobitex, reports Baltimore Chronicle citing Ynet News. The attack followed the hackers’ breach of Iran’s largest bank the day before. The group threatened to release all internal data of the exchange within 24 hours, accusing Nobitex of financing terrorism and circumventing international sanctions through the use of digital currencies.
