An accident occurred in Podol in Kyiv involving a car of the Russian diplomatic mission.
According to Kyiv Operative, the accident occurred at about 00:30 on Nizhny Val, 17/8.
A Volkswagen diplomatic vehicle of the Russian Federation with license plate D001067 drove into a parked KIA taxi car.
“According to information from witnesses, the Volkswagen driver simply turned the steering wheel into a parked car, severely damaging it,” the publication writes.
According to witnesses, the Volkswagen passenger fled the scene, and the driver showed signs of intoxication; he refused to take a Drager test.
As you know, a license plate that begins with D001 is used for cars of diplomatic missions of the Russian Federation.
The press secretary of the patrol police, Yana Kutovaya, confirmed to Ukrayinska Pravda the fact of an accident involving a car with diplomatic license plates of the Russian Federation and promised to subsequently provide details.
