This was reported by the representative of the Commissioner for the Rights of Residents of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, Elvin Kadyrov.

In addition, repressions against Ukrainian citizens continue in prisons, where they are not provided with medical care, which in international law is equivalent to torture.

Because of this, two Crimean political prisoners have already died. And at least 36 political prisoners are in need of immediate medical assistance.
