According to the investigation, in the beginning of 2022, the Kharkivskaya apparatus will have a crisis OVA and the director of the private partnership entered into a tripartite agreement between the administration, JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” and LLC for the supply of food products.
The products listed were purchased under the government program for free distribution to the population nude in the front-line regions and in the deoccupied territories.
Next, the plant manager of the Kharkiv OVA, with its service personnel, TOV, detailed documents about the withdrawal of 235 tons of products from the postal owner, which became the basis for the re-investment of Ukrzaliznytsia for 15 million hryvnia. b. However, the products we paid for were not delivered.
According to the investigation, in early 2022, participants in the scheme learned that NABU had criminal involvement in their activities. By avoiding evil, the Kharkiv OVA intends to disguise the lack of availability of products to the population with the fact of their consistent conservation. The OVA products were delivered and actually removed from the factory.

- care to the staff of the Kharkiv OVA;
- Director of TOV and intercessor;
- director of regional management of TOV.
