As Mayor Igor Terekhov reported on his Telegram page, the invaders launched a targeted attack on a residential complex in the Shevchenko district of the city. According to preliminary data, a S-300 missile was used.
As of 1:30 Kyiv time, two victims were known to have shrapnel wounds. Doctors are helping them. The search and rescue operation continues and all emergency services are on the scene. The threat of shelling has passed, the Air Force has given the all-clear.
