The decision will be valid from April 1 to June 30 and is aimed at encouraging businesses and citizens who, despite constant shelling and the difficult situation with energy security in the front-line region, continue to work in Kharkov.
Due to tax breaks, the city budget will lose about 1 billion hryvnia in revenue. However, Mayor Igor Terekhov hopes that the government will cover this disadvantage through subsidies. In such conditions, tax relief can be continued further. The Kharkov authorities plan to return to this issue when the current definition expires.
