The Verkhovna Rada allowed some categories of prisoners to mobilize. The permit does not apply to those convicted of the premeditated murder of two or more people, rape and crimes against the foundations of national security.

Prisoners who express a desire to be mobilized will be able to go to serve after a court decision and passage of the military commission. But before the expiration of their term, the punishment should be no more than three years.
One of the authors of the bill, Elena Shulyak, said that dismissed criminals will serve in special units.

Meanwhile, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that 121 military clashes took place during the day.
In general, the enemy launched 59 missile and 55 air strikes, carried out 84 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems. and populated areas. Russian terrorist attacks have unfortunately resulted in civilian casualties. Multi-storey and private houses, as well as other civil infrastructure facilities, were destroyed and damaged.
In the Bakhmut direction, our soldiers repelled 21 attacks in the areas of Belogorovka settlements in the Lugansk region; Andreevka, Verkhnekamenskoye, Novy, Ivanovskoye and Kleshchievka in the Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to improve the tactical situation.
