This was reported by the mayor of Kharkov Igor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkov OVA Oleg Sinegubov.
“A strike on a residential microdistrict of Kharkov in apartment buildings. There are dead and wounded. This is another an act of bloody terror against Ukrainians,” Terekhov wrote.
As the head of the Kharkov OVA reported, the occupiers launched two attacks on the Shevchenkovsky district of Kharkov. The type of weapon is being determined.
Civilian housing infrastructure has been damaged.
“Data is being updated, services are inspecting the impact sites,” says Sinegubov’s message.
