What and how much will you have to pay for

The bill commends Articles 210 and 201-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses in the new edition.

It is consistent with the rank provisions of Art. 210, violation of military rules is punishable by a fine of 510 to 850 hryvnia. Such a fine will be imposed, for example, if a person does not stay on duty or does not regularly update the data.

If the violation is allowed again by stretching the deadline, or in special periods the fine increases – from 850 to 1,700 hryvnia.

Subject to the official provisions of Art. 210-1, for violation of the law on defense, mobile training and mobilization – from 1,700 to 3,400 hryvnia for citizens and from 3,400 to 5,100 for townspeople. Such a fine is imposed for failure to issue a summons or failure to appear for it before the TCC.

Repeated violation or during a special period raises the bar to 3,400 – 5,100 and 5,100 – 8,500 hryvnias .

In accordance with the new law, fines will be increased several times.

  • in peacetime – from 3,400 to 5,100 hryvnia

  • for citizens – from 5,100 to 8,500 hryvnia
  • for township and legal entities – from 17,000 to 34,000 hryvnia

  • for towns and legal entities – from 34,000 to 59,000 hryvnia

Significantly, New fines will be issued on the coming day after compliance with the law, which must be signed by the President of Ukraine.

Therefore, a minimum fine of 17,000 hryvnia will be imposed for failure to appear before the TCC for a summons, failure to register at the facility, and for failure to update data in a timely manner. And enterprises that ignore the need to maintain the military uniform of workers will be punished in the amount of 34,000 hryvnia.

Important clarification. Provisions of Art. 210 and 210-1 do not stagnate, since the TCC may be able to withdraw personal data from electronic state registries.

TCC without trial. Should the culprits be fined in absentia?

So-called absentee fines for violating the rules of military uniform and evasion during mobilization may become possible. Now it is necessary to draw up a protocol on the basis of which praise about the fine will be written.

In the future, the TCC is drawing up a protocol on the attraction to administrative capacity, which will go directly to the court. And the court now rules that a fine will be imposed. At the same time, the TCC may have supporting documents that are not specified in the bill.

What else should be changed in the new law
