The local gauleiter explains the problems with water in Sevastopol by the heavy falls that look like snowfall and warming “literally for free.” After the snow melted, there was a “sharp influx of brind water from the mountain near the Chorna River,” through which ground water rose.

“The indicators have been repeated at least a hundred times. A similar natural situation occurred in Sevastopol in the 1970s,” he says.
