The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine made a statement that in the very near future the document on the mobilization of Ukrainians with the amendments will be sent for approval by the government of our country.

As NBN reports, this is stated in today’s statement by Defense Minister Umerov.
Verbatim from the message of the head of the Ministry of Defense published on the Facebook page:
Our team has already prepared a new version of the draft law, taking into account all the proposals that were agreed upon today with deputies during meetings of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence. We are ready to have it approved by the Cabinet of Ministers in the near future. This law is very necessary for the defense of our country and for every soldier defending Ukraine.
According to Umerov, the updated bill, among other things, should establish a clear period of mobilization service.
He also added that the soldiers must be given the opportunity to rest and this will be fair. Those who were released from captivity, according to Umerov, should be given a choice whether they will continue to serve in the army or not. Those who choose to stay and serve will need at least a few months of leave. This, at least, as the head of the Ministry of Defense added, would be fair. Well, as for the conscripts, he concluded, they finally need to be sent home.
