As NBN reports, on his page on the social network Twitter, Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky wrote that since the beginning of this year, Russia has used more than 330 missiles of various types and about 600 hundred drones against Ukraine.

With the onset of 2024, the Russian Federation fired more than 330 missiles of various types and about 600 combat drones at the cities of the Ukrainian state. In order to withstand such pressure from enemy forces, it is necessary to have a very strong air shield. And this is exactly the kind of air shield we are building with our partners.
In addition, according to the Ukrainian leader, Ukraine’s control over its own sky is critical to ensuring security on the ground from forward positions to hospitals and schools in the rear.
The priorities for Ukraine in this regard are air defense and electronic warfare, as the Ukrainian leader emphasized. He added that Russian terror must be defeated and this is possible.
