About What questions were raised today in Warsaw? Questions, in particular, whether the problematic situation on the common border and the continuation of mutually beneficial trade in the agricultural sector were affected, writes NBN, referring to the official Telegram channel of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal.
According to Shmygal, during this meeting, both sides paid due attention to the situation that had formed on the Ukrainian-Polish border, including trade in the agricultural sector. However, there is no comprehensive answer to all questions yet, with the exception of an understanding of “how we will move.”
Also, Kiev will not stop insisting on the introduction of restrictions by the European Commission regarding transit and import from the Russian Federation and Belarus agricultural goods (a 50% duty has already been introduced), seeking approval of “our agreement on joint control at checkpoints.”
Shmygal emphasized:
We hope that today’s consultations will bring results and we will find ways to resolve problematic issues.
Earlier we wrote that Shmygal named the number of jobs that Ukrainians lost due to for the invasion of the Russian Federation.
