Not long ago, the transfer of Ukrainian Girona striker Artem Dovbyk to Atletico Madrid was suspended due to the inflated demands of the player's manager, Oleksiy Lyundovskyi, who asked for an excessively large fee for this deal.

As NBN reports with a link to the official Roma page, Dovbyk managed to change the Catalan club for the Roman one on favorable terms.
In particular, the forward signed a 5-year contract with the Wolves and will play for the new team under number “11”. In addition, the size of the “clausula” (buyout clause) for Dovbyk, paid to Girona, became known – 30.5 million euros plus a bonus of 5.5 million euros. Also, Girona will transfer 10 percent of Dovbyk’s next transfer, but with a caveat: the Catalan club’s total income from the “resale” cannot be lower than 38.5 million euros.
However, the Catalans will only be paid 80 percent of the above-described amount, since the remaining 20 percent will go to the Ukrainian legionnaire’s ex-clubs — Danish Midtjylland and our Dnipro-1.
Also, Dovbyk’s annual fee in Rome, according to Italian data, will be transferred to Girona. Media, will amount to 3.5 million euros plus bonus payments.
Earlier we wrote about the fact that the director of Girona reported under what scenario he would “sell” Dovbyk to another club.
