The head of the Kharkiv OVA reported at about 10:00 that the troops of the terrorist state attacked the central district of the city with a missile, according to preliminary information, the invaders used Iskander for the strike, NBN writes.
The official said that as a result of the attack, civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged in the regional center – a clinic, residential buildings, other premises, as well as cars.
The head of the administration noted that there may be people under the rubble, emergency services are working at the site of the strike. Two Kharkiv residents have an acute reaction to stress. He added that information about the victims and destruction is also being clarified.
