Recently, in an interview with foreign media, Zelensky said that Poland did not transfer its MiG-29 fighters to Kyiv, in addition, it does not want to help shoot down Russian missiles over western Ukraine.
Sikorski responded to the president's reproach, NBN reports with reference to the Polsat News TV channel.
According to the head of the Polish Foreign Ministry, his country is a frontline state that is also threatened by the Russian Federation. The diplomat acknowledged that Ukraine has found itself in a difficult situation, recalling Warsaw's support for the country.
The head of the Foreign Ministry believes that his country has done more for its neighbor than any other state, if we take into account assistance to displaced persons, military, monetary, humanitarian, economic assistance, proportional to GDP.
The official said that Poland can be proud of this. Sikorsky also noted that there are almost 300 tanks and a lot of heavy equipment, including aircraft, on Ukrainian territory, which Warsaw transferred to Kyiv.
