Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha told how many additional air defense systems will help to avoid a blackout in Ukraine, which the Russian occupiers are trying to arrange.

On the eve of the meeting of the foreign ministers of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization member states, the head of the Ukrainian foreign policy department said that our country needs at least two a dozen additional air defense systems.

The diplomat reported that Ukraine urgently needs 20 systems such as the NASAMS, IRIS-T or Hawk air defense systems. These systems will strengthen air defense and help avoid a blackout amid attempts by the terrorist state's troops to plunge Ukraine into darkness.
The minister reported that Kyiv has already informed its allies about the urgent needs of our state and is grateful to its partners for their prompt response.
Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry pointed out the goal of nuclear blackmail of Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin.
