As NBN reports with reference to the official Telegram profile of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, rumors are circulating among the Russian “liberators” – the Kremlin, allegedly, was able to agree with the leaders of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham on the presence of a limited number of units of the “second army of the world” at the Syrian bases in Tartus and Khmeimim.
As Ukrainian military intelligence has learned, Moscow was allowed to leave no more than 3,000 Russians at the above-described military bases. However, both at these facilities and on the ships of the Russian naval group deployed in the region, noticeable problems with the supply of drinking water and food are being recorded.
The remnants of the terrorist state group are waiting for military transport aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces, which they promised to deliver cargo with food on the return trip (two An-124-100 and two Il-76MD on the route from Chkalovsk to Khmeimim).
