As NBN reports with reference to the statement of the head of the Kupyansk city military administration (GVA) Andrey Besedin, which was voiced on the air of the telethon on the YouTube channel “TSN”, now the front line actually runs two kilometers from the central part of this settlement.
Based on Besedin's words, Putin's troops are constantly hitting the civilian infrastructure of the central districts of the Kupyansk urban community, using all types of weapons, from artillery to KABs and FPV drones.
The head of the GVA added – because of the above-described war crimes of the “liberators”, out of 257 apartment buildings in the said community, not a single survivor remains. At the same time, 3,300 civilians were unable to leave the territory of Kupyanshchina in a timely manner, 900 of whom remain on the left bank of the Oskol River, where no infrastructure has been operating for three months.
However, civilian infrastructure facilities are still operating on the right bank, and services and government agencies are partially operating. We are talking not only about the employees of the State Emergency Service, police officers and prosecutors who are looking for collaborators, but also employees of other structural divisions and municipal enterprises.
