As reported by NBN with reference to the explanation voiced by the spokesman of the Ukrainian Navy, Captain 3rd Rank Dmitry Pletenchuk, on the air of the telethon on the YouTube channel “TSN”, the terrorist state has finally abandoned the restoration of its damaged warships at the facilities in Crimea, since it has reasonable fears of new Ukrainian strikes.
Based on Pletenchuk's words, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have been able to prove in practice that the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation will no longer be able to use the repair bases, since in order to begin the restoration of the ships, these watercraft must be brought into the bay/dock, — “and no one will do that now.”
In addition, the spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy recalled the “sending to the bottom” of the small missile ship (MRK) “Cyclone” in Sevastopol Bay, two strikes on the submarine “Rostov-on-Don”, as well as an identical attack on the MRK “Askold” off the coast of Kerch:
