Not long ago, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz warned that the German government is unable to increase the level of support for Ukraine, since it does not intend to reduce spending on its own other needs.

As NBN reports with reference to the official X-account of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, this high-ranking official a proposal was made regarding the provision of unscheduled financial assistance to Ukraine through a credit borrowing mechanism.
Based on Scholz's words, he is not opposed to the above-described proposal regarding the allocation of additional funds, put forward in November, however, the implementation of such a scenario will only be possible if a consensus is reached among German political structures:
…We [the German government] will finance the assistance [to Ukraine] through a separate loan. Otherwise, there will be no money.
Along with all of the above, Scholz called for open and honest discussions on this type of financing.
Earlier, our information portal wrote that the German Defense Ministry reported what Ukraine would receive in the new military aid package.
