On the night of Thursday, January 30, Russian invaders struck a multi-story building in Sumy with a Shahed. The Ukrainian leader reported that as a result of a kamikaze drone hitting a residential building, 4 people were killed and 9 more were injured, including a child.
According to Zelensky, a rescue operation is ongoing at the site of the strike, rubble is being cleared, and the victims are receiving the necessary assistance, the NBN newspaper writes.
The president called the attack on Sumy a terrible tragedy and a terrible Russian crime. The head of state stressed that the international community should not allow pauses in pressure on the aggressive state for this terror.
